Marlin Lucky Not So Lucky Today

I had the opportunity to go to the Oklahoma State game today with Patrick, but beings we are going to be gone next weekend (going to Scottsdale), I figured I better stay home as to not to have to find a sitter and get some work done. And Patrick deserves a boys-night-out once in awhile. If my son was home (he went to the game, too), I would have let him buy the game on pay-per-view, but I didn’t want to fork out the $29.95 just for me to watch it.
So, I’m not only cheap, I’m lazy. Too lazy to find a radio to listen to the game here in my office. But I found something better! You can listen to the games online. Here’s the link (so I remember it for next time). You don’t even need to register, just click View/Listen. It’s half-time now (we’re down 38-0). Maybe listening wasn’t such a good idea.
The Huskers are really letting me down this season. At least our local high school football team, the Pierce Bluejays are currently rated #1 in the state and giving us some good football to watch. Luckily we have Eric Koehlmoos on the team, and he’s only a junior. My son (a junior as well) had to have knee surgery so is side-lined. Not sure his knee will ever be the same after breaking his growth plate - only time will tell.
