Nebraska Motor Vehicles Director Beverly Neth now admits that the winning votes of the new Nebraska license plate were indeed hijacked.  Investigation took place after the media asked for a review of the raw data of the survey. Turns out that CollegeHumor.com did the skew the results to make the black/white/red design the winner. After disqualifying the humor site votes, a new winner was announced – the even uglier meadowlark/goldenrod design won. The soap opera saga was fun while it lasted.
