Nebraska ranked #1 in MainStreet.com’s Happiness Index! We were awarded the top ranking for best weathering the current economic storm, with 2nd overall in lowest number of foreclosures, 2nd in lowest unemployment rates, and 5th in lowest percentage of non-mortgage debt by income.
