2009 Husker Football Schedule

Posted by kim on September 6, 2009

The Huskers defeated Florida Atlantic yesterday 49-3. Since my son left for college at UNL and had student tickets to the game, I missed him having his friends over for a football party watching the game on Pay-Per-View. I wish we could watch the Husker games online for free! At least we can listen to the Husker games free via the internet.

Without my son home to remind me, I almost forgot to post the Nebraska Cornhuskers 2009 Football Schedule!  So, here goes…

Andy Christensen Not Guilty of Sexual Assault

Posted by huskerfan on September 3, 2008

A jury found Nebraska football player Andy Christensen not guilty yesterday of first degree sexual assault.  The offensive lineman had been accused of reaching under the skirt of a 23-year-old woman at a Lincoln bar in early March and fondling her.  He was suspended from the team following the March incident.  Last month, Christensen pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and criminal mischief in connection with the sexual-assault case.  He’ll likely be sentenced on those misdemeanor charges in November.  The 22-year-old Christensen is a graduate of Bennington High School.  He started three games at left guard last season before suffering a season-ending knee injury.
