Interim Athletic Director Tom Osborne ended Nebraska’s eight day search for a head coach as he named Bo Pelini as the 28th head coach of the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Pelini comes to the Cornhuskers after 3 years as the Defensive Coordinator of the LSU Tigers. Penili said he’ll start “right away” with his head coaching duties, including assembling a coaching staff and recruiting.
